Seven Gables Farm is a rare and distinctive home for your family vacation in the Lake Winnipesaukee area.

Custom built with true craftmanship, this luxurious home sits on twelve acres in the gorgeous town of Meredith NH and leaves you wanting for nothing. The family of this amazing property has thought of every detail. Step inside, close the front door, and leave the outside world behind. With nearly 4,100 square feet, 6 bedrooms, and 5 baths, (sleeping up to12) there is ample room for multiple families to relax and enjoy all the charm of the Lakes Region! With four of the bedrooms having king or queen beds and private bathrooms there is ample privacy for everyone. Whether you are an extended family with little ones or friends reuniting for a memorable getaway, this is the perfect house for you!

Experience a retreat appointed with central A/C, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped chef's kitchen, spacious vaulted living room with gas fireplace, private office, delightful farmers porch, and covered deck. The chef's kitchen has abundant counter space, a 6-burner stove, a large island for gathering, and connects to a spacious dining room that seats twelve people.
The first floor offers a primary suite (king) with walk-in closet, desk, and private bath; a private office, and a roomy laundry/mudroom. Although not fully accessible for mobility needs, the home is mobility friendly. Three steps up to the house with a sturdy handrail. One step into the home. Once on the main level the only step is out on to the covered deck. The doorway to both the primary and ensuite is 35” wide. There is a small lip on the shower under the shower door. Grab bars are available for shower and toilet areas. A powder room/ half bath on the first floor provides quintessential privacy for the master suite.
On the second level there are three additional bedrooms. Bedroom one has two twin beds and a bunk bed sharing a full bath with bedroom two, that has a queen bed. The third bedroom (queen) is down a hallway with an en-suite private bath. There is a third floor living area with a magnificent view featuring a cozy space to relax away from the happenings of the main house.
The finished walkout basement has a full bathroom, second refrigerator, and an open entertaining area/playroom with games, books and puzzles. The French doors open onto a large patio area where guests can sit outside to enjoy the scenery and view. There are two sleeping areas that include a bedroom (king) with walk in closet, and a bedroom/ study with a trundle daybed, closet, dresser and sliding doors with full drapes.

This well-appointed beautiful home has the perfect yard for relaxing and entertaining. Use the croquet set, shoot hoops at the basketball hoop, or soak in the sun while enjoying the view. The owners provide 3 bed side rails, 2 pack and plays, full-sized crib, highchair, changing table, flatware, cups and dishes for up to 4 toddlers, and a baby gate for the stairs.

Guests will have use of one garage bay during their stay, parking accommodating up to six cars, and space for a boat trailer with exterior outlet to charge boat batteries.

Walk or bike to downtown Meredith just 1.5 miles from the house, you'll find everything you need. Local Library, Town Docks, Winnipesaukee boat launch, Diners, Cafe's, Shops, Grocery Store etc. The Public town beach (Lake Waukewan) is just .4 miles down the road. You can easily walk on a paved sidewalk to the beach. You will also find a boat launch on Lake Waukewan.

"Our family came to stay at this beautiful home for six months and had the most wonderful time. The property was spacious enough for my husband and I to both peacefully work from home, even with two toddlers, and we had so much fun playing around inside and exploring the grounds outside. There isn't a single window with a bad view in the whole house, which is expansive; the vista outside breathtaking in all seasons. I was pregnant during our stay and felt very safe here and comfortable. The place was easy to keep clean and was spotless when we arrived as well. Truly an exceptional place and experience altogether. The owners are tremendously kind, friendly folks who were so responsive if and when we needed anything. Awesome stay.

"Seven Gables Farm was a perfect getaway for our gang of friends. Plenty of space for all the guests it sit and relax inside and outside. The kitchen had everything for cooking. The place was spotless. About 5-10 minutes walk to town. Lake boat access down the street. The place was gorgeous, we would come back in a heartbeat.

"My husband and I rented Seven Gables farm as a winter rental while working remotely and had the best time! The owners were so thoughtful in furnishing and setting the property up, it truly feels like a home rather than just another rental. For those who may be in a similar situation or just need to hop on a quick call while on vacation, the wifi coverage is excellent throughout the house for supporting video calls. We loved that there was plenty of room for entertaining and hosting visitors, but still enough privacy with separate suites and hang out areas on each floor. We loved exploring the property and taking advantage of the winter activities near by like the Pond Hockey tournament, Fishing Derby, and skiing at Gunstock. Seven Gables Farm is the perfect home base for exploring all the Lakes Region has to offer year-round!

"Lovely weekend stay with old friends. Home was meticulous and very spacious for a group of 8. We didn’t even use all the bedrooms! Spectacular views from every room. Beds were comfortable with beautiful linens. Kitchen was very well stocked so easy to cook group meals. Convenient to both lake and town. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a stay in the area.

"This home was amazing! Every room was exactly as it was described in the listing. Spacious, clean and well designed. Our bed was very comfortable and the sheets were amazing ( I am a bit of a sheet snob!)! The kitchen was very well equipped and perfect for cooking for a large crowd! The view from every window and deck was stunning. There is no shortage of things to do in the area, short walk to Waukegan, Meredith or drive to Squam. We took a great boat tour of Squam Lake. Great boating, fishing, hiking, activities in the Lakes area. The owners certainly take pride in their property. We’ll be back again for sure!

Great winter, great times, great memories, great house!

"Our “home away from home” was a gracious and comfortable retreat that provided many wonderful memories. While we were looking to rent for the winter, we did not want the feeling of just another “rental”. We wanted to have the feeling that was like being home, but a different setting and experience for us. We wanted spacious accommodations when we had extended family visiting. But we wanted to have cozy places, whether all together or just us. Seven Gables Farm (SGF) was exactly that. SGF felt welcoming and had every accessory we could want or need. It was most amazing when preparing a meal or a party in a large, well-appointed kitchen. When weather conditions invited indoor activities, the house had a supply of books, games and puzzles besides the tv’s and internet to amuse all. In snow, the sledding in the backyard kept the kids (and some adults) busy for hours. Skiing at nearby Gunstock Mountain was terrific! On some warmer days we grilled outside enjoying the deck and patio. We enjoyed the privacy of the large property yet the easy accessibility of the charming village with restaurants and stores and the proximity to highways that gave us quick access to all. The nearby lakes had plenty for us to see and do. The view from the house, just beautiful. Great winter, great times, great memories, great house!

"My Family has been renting large, luxury vacation homes for the past ten years and have been to TN, SC, North Conway, NH and everywhere in between. I would say that your home is by far the best! Not only the home itself, but the amenities. You truly thought of everything, from the laundry baskets in each room, to the fully equipped kitchen, to the games & puzzles for the family. Top Notch! The only things we can think to improve would be more towels and blankets. Thanks so much for opening your home to us.

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The views were picturesque and the property was very well maintained with all the kitchen gadgets and entertainment spaces we could ask for. "Seven Gables Farm is the perfect getaway. Five minute walk to the lake and ten minute walk to downtown Meredith, which is a delightful town to visit. The area offers endless things to do for families or couples. The house is magnificent, roomy, spotless and the kitchen is perfect for entertaining.
