Gail Archibald
Gail comes from a varied background in Hospitality, Rentals, and Property Management. She has a BS in Elementary Education from PSC and is enrolled in SNHU working towards a second BS in Business Management. Over the last 25 years she has managed and operated two lakefront resorts – one on Lake Winnisquam and one on Little Squam Lake.
Most recently she comes from a very busy rental agency in the Lakes Region where she was the General Manager for several years. Gail is the Principal Broker and Owner of Break Away Rentals and is a native New Hampshire girl. She is married with two children and lives in Sanbornton.
When she isn’t running a company, Gail enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, she enjoys the seacoast and the lakes, and loves to be a passenger on the back of her husband’s Harley Davidson! Gail has become the Lakes Regions expert in Vacation Rentals and Long Term rentals and looks forward to working with owners, in the area, to help them realize their homes’ maximum rental income.
Jamie Ferrante
Jamie is a native of the Lakes Region. She grew up in Moultonborough. After graduating from Moultonborough Academy, Jamie attended the University of New Hampshire, where she completed a Bachelor’s in Communication. After graduation Jamie went into administration, where she spent the better part of 7 years.
Ready for a new challenge, Jamie received her real estate license in 2017 and has joined Break Away Vacation Rentals & Property Management in 2020. Jamie purchased her first home and rental property in 2014, where she has been an independent landlord for 5+ years.
She now lives in Northfield with her fiancé, and their dog Callie. They fill their free time boating and enjoying Lake Winnipesaukee and Winnisquam Lake, spending time with friends and family, and vacationing in different countries. Jamie is truly invested in the Lakes Region area. Her experience in residential rentals and familiarity with the Lakes Region will be assets to both Owners and Tenants.
