Welcome to The Weirs Retreat — a newly renovated family retreat perched on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee in the heart of Laconia’s Weirs Beach area. With space for up to 11 guests, this spacious 5-bedroom, 2-bath home offers the perfect blend of modern comfort, nostalgic charm, and unbeatable lake access — right in the center of summertime fun.

Originally purchased in the 1960s and lovingly restored by the same family, this two-story home combines brand-new furnishings and finishes with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that feels like summer on the lake should.

Inside the Home
Step into an open-concept living area where natural light, modern décor, and lake views create a relaxing space for the whole family. The living room features a Smart TV and comfortable seating, while the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare family meals — from cookware and utensils to modern appliances.

The main floor bedroom features a queen bed and convenient access to a full bathroom with laundry and walk-in shower. Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms:
- Bedroom #2 with two twin beds
- Bedroom #3 with a king bed
- Bedroom #4 with a queen bed
- Bedroom #5 with a twin and full bed — perfect for kids or a small family

A second full bathroom with a tub completes the upper level. Mini-split air conditioning units throughout the home ensure comfort during the warm summer months.

Please note: Guests have exclusive use of the entire upstairs home, including the deck with its impressive views. The separate lower-level suite is reserved for family use and has its own private entrance.

Outdoor Living
Enjoy the best of lake life right from your backyard. Relax on the deck with seating and a gas grill, or spend the day at the private perched beach, shared only with the lower suite and one neighboring property. Take advantage of the dock which can accommodate boats up to 28 feet.

The large grassy yard is ideal for lawn games or evening gatherings, while the peaceful waterfront setting offers the perfect spot to soak in beautiful views or unwind after a day on the water. The Weirs Beach fireworks can be seen from the yard and the deck.

Location
The house is situated just inside the Weirs Channel "no wake" marker on the Paugus Bay side, at the widest point in the channel. If you enjoy watching boats parade slowly by while you are relaxing, you have come to the right place!

Situated less than a mile- five minutes by car- from Weirs Beach, this home puts you close to everything that makes the Lakes Region such a popular destination. Walk or drive to local restaurants, ice cream stands, arcades, and boat rentals, or head out for a scenic cruise on Lake Winnipesaukee.

In the evening, enjoy live entertainment at the Bank of NH Pavilion, or simply relax on the deck as the lake breeze drifts by. Whether you’re seeking family fun or a quiet lakeside escape, this home’s prime location offers the best of both worlds.
